UPDATE - Sept 2014: Lee came out to my house to help me get rid of rats and to make sure they don't come backWhen I posted before I had not had the chance to see if the rats would move back in during the winter months like they had initiallyWell, it's been a year and I'm happy to report we are still rat free! The work that Lee did to my house has been great to keep out this pestAll in all I have been happy with the successful work that was done! We can't do our job if we don't have accessAnd you know better how much work we did on the outside of the home closing accessOnce we finish our exclusion work, it's imperative that we stick to the 2x per week schedule for checking trapsWe had things solved, there was a new breach that we closed - and then never got back in again to clear trapsIn the end, you've let these rodents cannilbalize each other for nourishment and regenerate a new familyYour refund is in the mail - good luck with your situation

I was having issues with rats in my attic through the winter, but by the time I called Critter Evictor in early April, I think the rats might not have been using our attic any more. During the warmer months rats may tend to not come in anymore, so I feel like I want to wait a full year to know for sure the work Critter Evictor did was completely successful. With that said, this is where it is nice to have an automatic, free 15 month warranty upon completion of their work. If I have any issues again this winter I can just call them up and have them fix any further issues - but hopefully they did a good enough job to have eliminated the problem.
There were some issues we had with timing and getting the Critter Evictor to come out during their desired schedule. They like to do a purging in the attic by spraying pheromones and setting traps before sealing all the entrances for rodents to get in. This way hopefully no rodents are left inside when the gaps are sealed. After purging they seal the holes and then leave traps up for 10 days or so to ensure nothing is still inside or not getting inside. So the total process takes about 10-14 days. For my situation, it took about another week to complete due to delays on their end. I had made appointments but then Critter Evictor had to reschedule. I had to have them come out to spray twice because they did not come quickly enough after spraying the first time. This was frustrating because it required me to take extra time away from work to deal with additional appointments. This 'reliability', if you will, is the only real issue I experienced with the whole process. The issue only resulted in inconveniences, as the work was still done and so far it has been successful. Critter Evictor was apologetic and understanding. Ultimately, I was told an extra month was added to my warranty to compensate for the delay in competing the work.
Despite the lengthy process I experienced, I got the feeling this might be a somewhat isolated issue and not a frequent occurrence. All in all, I would say using Critter Evictor was a good experience, pending the results of this coming winter to further confirm the work was well done.
