CrittR CatchR

Review: CrittR CatchR made a mistake by double billing my debit card. This account is closely monitored and I only maintain a minimum amount of funds to cover monthly bills. On 9/11/14, I noticed the company charged the card twice of $181.84. My wife immediately contacted CrittR CatchR and informed them of the mistake. [redacted] admitted that she made an error and issued a credit. The problem is that prior to receiving the credit into my account another transaction posted to the account which resulted in a Non Sufficient Funds charge of $33.00. I notified [redacted] with CrittR CatchR and informed them that I expected $33.00 compensation to cover this charge. If the company would not have made the error then this unnecessary charge would not have occurred. [redacted]'s response was that she needed to get with the owner and he would give me a call back. I followed up with an e-mail to the owner via the company website. The owner has not responded.Desired Settlement: I expect the company to compensate me by putting $33.00 into my account or sending a check.

Please close complaint [redacted]. I have worked out the issue with my bank. However, I am not thrilled about CrittR GittR for neglecting to call me on the issue.
