Review: I purchased a 2008 Lincoln towncar from this dealership on 3/**/2013, but did not get my car one month later , and the owner [redacted] told me the car is in good running condition, when I got my car, the car wasn't running at all, can't put in gear, and had to tow the car to the shop, and have to spend $2000 to fix the car, the car is in danger condition...they have to sell a car that's safe to drive. got a estimate from the shop , the shop told me the air suspension is almost gonna pop, can't put in gear, shock need to be replace, tires is all ball, uper and lower control arm need to replace, the shop told me to return the car period. ...not only that, the dealership didn't send me the original lien release papper, I still don't have that paper, the dmv still hasn't complete my registration. I have call them more than 10 times, they still haven't send me the lien release paper, and the repair money [redacted] promised me to send me a check for the repair.....I am still waiting for their lien release paper, and the repair money.if they dont send me the repair money , and the lien release paper....I really would like to return this car. and I have been getting ticket of expired registration, because DMV CAN'T COMPLETE MY registration with out the lien release paper, and I have to go back to DMV TO GET EXTENDTION..9/**/2013Desired Settlement: I would like them to send me the repair money of $2000 and the lien release paper, or take the car back and pay for transportation cost

Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] contacted my dealership on 3/*/2013 regarding the 2008 Lincoln Town Car with 175,798 miles which was advertized on the internet. After agreeing on a sale price of $12,000 - AS IS on 3/**/13 which included $1000 for delivery, [redacted] informed us that he would be making his own arrangement for transportation from New York (where my dealership is located) to California. By 3/**/13 [redacted]'s and his transporter could not agree on a pick up date he then requested that we make the arrangement for the transportation. [redacted] became frustrated since it took us some time to get a transporter who was willing to transport to California during that time of the year. I also would like to argue [redacted]'s claim that the vehicle was not in running condition since the car passed NYS inspection before the vehicle went out for delivery. Once [redacted] received the title and lien release for the vehicle he notified us that the st ate of California requires the lien release to be notarized which it was not since this rule does not apply in NY. After we received the lien release back from him we sent it out to be notarized and mailed it back to him along with a check of $350 as a courtesy for his frustration.
