Review: I am filing a complaint against [redacted] for not refunding me $1700 that was agreed to as a fully refundable deposit on an apartment. We, in writing, agreed that in any event the lease was not signed for the particular apartment, the money would given back to me. The lease was not signed and I have been trying to receive my deposit from [redacted] for a couple weeks now.See attached personal statement for full details.Desired Settlement: My agreed refundable $1700 deposit to be paid to me immediately.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Moore & Gonzalez Real Estate Group, LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Furthermore, I personally sent them a certified letter with a return receipt required, in addition to emailing him with the same letter. And yet, no response. That is my last formal attempt to try to reach out the [redacted] on all levels. It is apparent that he does not intend on returning my money and is avoiding the situtation hoping that I would eventually become tired of reaching out to him and will forget about the situation.

I ask that we pursue this to the fullest extent possible, with approrpriate leagal action, in order to resolve this by having my money that rightfully belongs to me in my hand. I would not be surprised if he has committed similar actions to other honest clients; this needs to be addressed not just for the sake of myself, but also other people.
