Had CRN Plumbing take out my bathtub/shower to be replaced with a stand up shower. I am 78 yrs old and couldn't get in and out of my tub anymore. I paid for a job that was awful and needs to be ripped all out and replaced,tile work is all uneven ,grout is all messed up not a thing about the work had any quality. Drain to shower was placed in the middle of floor and up so high that I have to squeegee the water up into the drain. I had another contractor come out to see what I COULD DO FOR THE WATER AND WAS TOLD IT ALL HAS TO COME OUT. I had video of how the water won't travel uphill and sent to CRN plumbing and no response at all. Thank you
Tell u***/***,I am a bit disappointed that what you are saying here is not what you have said directly to me. You sang our praises on what a great job we did and are now slandering us. First off, we responded every time you called us and addressed what was needed and more – we even gave you a new toilet, that was not cracked by anyone from my team. This is difficult to prove, and I wanted to keep you happy, so I furnished and installed a new toilet at no cost to you. You mentioned that you paid over $7,000.00, I am happy to mention the voicemail that you left me, you thought you had hung up and continued talking to your daughter. You told her that my pricing was approximately 1/3rd of the cost you were quoted from another contractor. We removed and disposed of your existing bathtub. Reconfigured and installed new plumbing for the shower stall, furnished and installed a fan/light combo and lighting above the shower, furnished and installed sliding shower doors, furnished and installed the shower stall – boarded, waterproofed, furnished and installed the membrane, tiled the shower walls ( you told us how you wanted the tile installed, then changed your mind and we took the tile off and re-installed it for you) tiled the shower floor, along with other small jobs you kept asking my crew to do while they were there, that were not included on my proposal, i.e. moving a television, cable wires, and moving furniture. Yes, there were many guys there, we were doing a lot of work in different trades and made sure the most qualified person was doing each job. All that happened here is you took advantage of a small businessman who tries to keep his costs down in order to get repeat business. You got quality work for 1/3rd of the price. I appreciate the business ***, but we did a lot more than contracted for the already discounted price and we addressed what was necessary. You told me that you were happy when we were finished, this complaint is unfair.s why here...

I also made them sandwiches and drinks. plus I gave one of your guys $10.00 to buy himself a pack of cigarettes. Moving the tv was all they did and I gave them both $10.00 each. As far as the tile being installed wrong that was being installed wrong buy one of your guys .So I told him thats not how I told you when we discussed the tile work. He left because he was mad he had to take the couple pieces off.It wasn't like he had to remove the whole job.as far as pricing goes I never said you're price was that much cheaper than the other estimates I received.The toilet was chipped by your guys and thats a fact.emailed you four video"s showing how the drain was to high and now I have to squeegee the water uphill to the drain and you have yet to respond. When you did call me back at quarter to ten one evening to come and talk with me and made a appointment you never showed then continued to text me and say you never said you were coming. That was a lie and not a word from you since. Until the Revdex.com contacted you, you have not even tried to contact me. Lastly the work is not quality at all,I have to much water up to drain,tile work is horrible,doors are unlined. I feel you are taking advantage of a elderly widowed woman. not the other way around.

As you can see by ***/***’s two posts she is argumentative and contradicts herself a lot. At this point CRN is no longer going to comment or respond to her. She is not telling the truth and arguing with her would be futile. CRN has a good reputation, the owner, *** has been in business for over 4 decades. He was personally asked to be a consultant for the *** after the event last September, he has taught plumbing in high school as well as adult continuing ed, he is well known and liked by inspectors in our service area. We do not need the business of this woman who has taken advantage of not only CRN but at least two other contractors that we know about. I wish we could post a review about her to let other contractors know to stay away. She may have age on her side, as she likes to mention, but CRN has integrity and hard work on our side.
