Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: when my account was initiated I setup an automatic payment On 2/25/I received an email from Croach because my automatic payment did not work, so on 2/29/a payment was made On the email received from Croach on 2/25/is stated that that my current balance was $which the amount that was paid on 2/29/ With this payment of $I felt I had fulfilled my contractSo on 3/2/I emailed Croach and stated "I believe that this most recent payment was my final payment to fulfill my contract. At this time I prefer not to renew my contract." I did not ask to cancel my contract, rather I asked to not renew since I believed I had fulfilled my committment to them Then on 3/16/Croach debited then credited my account for $to further confuse meIt seems that after making all my payments on time then asking to not renew, Croach felt that a couple voicemails was sufficient with no details provided and not responding to my email that the very next thing to do was send what they felt was owed to them to collectionsI'm sorry but the last email received from Croach provided a balance and I paid it.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:There was no miscommunication om my side and I have the documentation to prove it Patrick call me Friday and I called him back He wanted to know if we had received the check and the answer is no He is once again researching on his end Wrong address? Never sent? I have no idea, but they still haven't complied with the request for refund

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Based on Croach's failure to perform the duties they were hired for, subsequent lack of acceptable customer service, misleading sales tactics and numerous other indiscretions, we do not trust Croach and have no desire to do business with them We simply want to be relieved of their egregious and unreasonable cancellation feeTheir appalling customer service (hanging up on customers, dodging phone calls by promising to return calls and never doing so, turning our account over to a collection agency rather then calling us back, etc etc) should be justification enough to waive that feeWe request again to be relieved of this cancellation fee and that our credit not be impacted in any way

It is false No Croach manager has ever called us We called immediately upon our recognition that there business practice was to midlead us into a contract and as long as they came to treat the house, regardless of whether it worked, they were going to continue billing us We called Croach repeatedly (7-times) and each time were told that the person we needed to speak with was unavailable and that they would call us back Our last call to Croach was when someone there informed us our account had been turned over to Nationwide (we had no idea what this meant or who that company was) They gave us a Nationwide number to call We called immediately and Nationwide said that they mailed us a letter explaining who they were and what they do and that they couldn't help us until we had a reference number from that letter We waiting for that letter and once received called and were instructed to contact Croach to explain that we were mislead in the expectations set forth by the door to door sales rep and that Croach failed to meet it's commitment to rid our home of pests in a timely manner We once again called Croach to explain our situation and this time we were hung up on We've found numerous company reviews online that explain similar experiences from other consumers It's unfortunate that there are people operating businesses utilizing practices and methods such as Croach We are counting on the Revdex.com to hold company's such as this accountable for these acts Failing to meet obligations to customers is a breach of contract and should therefore render it null and void We paid for the visits Croach made We should not be forced to pay them to NOT come out, due to their failure
Our request, at a minimum, is to have our account relieved of any and all charges, our credit restored and to no longer have any dealings with Croach At best, we request that the Revdex.com take whatever action necessary and possible to ensure that this doesn't happen to other consumers

*** *** signed up for a year of service on 6/8/Our salespeople explain the service at the time of signing them upTwo copies of the contract were emailed to ***The first is sent immediately, the second upon her requestHer initial service was provided on 6/9/On 6/15/we called
and left a message for her to follow up on her initial service and asking her to call if she had any questions about the second service to be provided, approximately thirty days after the first, or questions regarding her one year agreement
On 6/29/our system sent a message confirming we would be providing service on 7/8/
On 7/8/around 1PM we performed the first regular service for ***Around 6PM she called in to schedule a no-cost re-service as she wanted the interior treatedWe scheduled that service, about the same time our system sent an invoice
On 7/11/we performed a no cost re-service for the interiorWe followed up on this service with a voice message on 7/
On 8/17/our billing department sent a reminder of the past due amount
Beginning on 8/17/through 9/8/we have had several conversations with *** and her husbandThey have claimed to be unaware of any contract and stated the salesperson never mentioned itIn these discussions the ***s have insisted that they be cancelled or they will attack the company on social media and advised us that it's not worth the revenue loss and that we should let them goThey have also indicated that they will begin legal proceedings and file complaints with the Attorney General and the Revdex.comIn the conversations on 9/they indicated that they had footage from a security camera that showed the salesperson was not on the property long enough to explain the contractWe asked if they were willing to provide a copy of the footage so we could investigate the matterMr*** refused, saying it would all end up being public record anywayThe ***s have indicated that they wish to cancel their serviceWe advised them that without the footage we would be forced to proceed with a cancellation
Per the ***'s request we have cancelled their account, applying the appropriate cancellation feesWe are sorry this could not be resolved more amicablyWe wish them the best and when they resolve the outstanding balance will consider this matter, and our relationship with them, closed

There was no contract text displayed on the electronic signature device, simply a signature line which the salesperson stated was to secure the appointment the next day If Croach can produce the device that the salesperson presented for signature, showing the contract in context so that the signature was clearly NOT copied and pasted onto a different contract (the fraudulent act which appears to have happened here) then I will retract my complaint If Croach cannot or refuses to produce that device, then Croach has no basis for claiming there is a valid contractCroach needs to cease attempting to collect on this, or any similarly generated contract in this class, that results from deceptive sales and business practices in violation of common sense and RCW 19.86Sincerely,*** ***

As I said the reason we contacted Croach was mice and they talked us into the contract
$was for "Full inspection of attic and crawl spaceSet trapsadditional inspections of all traps set above the bi monthly treatments based on the contractRecommended additional follow up inspection at the end of September (included in this price)"This was a quote from Acceptance of Proposal prepared on 09/03/by *** H***
Trying to start this work took many attempts from us (August,07,13,14,18,19,25, September 01)They have never returned for any of the inspections even though we have contacted *** on November 10, and December 01)All these dates from August to December are in my text messages with him
They were told from the beginning not to spray the back yard because the dog runs thereWe called them on July 28, day after they sprayed that dog was sickAnd again on February 19, an hour after they sprayed
Vet was contacted both timesUnfortunately they said that there is no treatment for diarrheaWe can only do fasting, hydration and light diet until it's overThe dog was still sick up to 08/08/and again up to 02/25/
Vet records we provided to Croach were not up to their expectations!
On 02/19/we have told them that we are canceling all the services with them and they started to give us run around with vet records and proofsThey refused to cancel the account and give us a refund for last spray which we specifically told them not to do from the beginning and on 05/05/we were served with a letter from collection agency
The contract they made us sign says "Our Promise to You: If you are not completely satisfied we guarantee to retreat any issue that may arise between regular servicesIf we can't resolve the issue after two retreats we will refund your last payment"
In our case they did not rise to their promiseAdditionally they charged us extra for services they did not provide, caused harm to our pet and stress to us due to dog being sick twice and collection agency threatening us
I hope other potential customers will read this complaint and will avoid dealing with Croach.Sincerely,*** ***

I have the exact voicemail that was left on the 27th of May I have the full recording and a transcription It is simply a confirmation that the service was performed There are no details regarding the contract, or more importantly, the mention of a $cancellation fee
Here is the exact transcription:
"Hi, this is Nathan K***I'm just giving you a call about your last service that you had down on the 24thJust wanted to make sure everything went alright and if you had any questions about the year service, and the guarantee that comes with itSo give us a call our number is 202-will be coming out in about days for your follow upYou have a good oneByeBye."
I did not reply until June because that was the exact day I received an email that they were going to schedule their next follservice It was then that we made the decision to cancel because of our budgeting situation I am still very upset about this

We have resolved this complaint with the customer directly

We did originally send the check to the service addressThe refund returned to us on 7/and was promptly mailed to the billing address on the account, which was previously verified as the correct mailing addressWe believe this should close out this issue
