Review: Croak Construction was hired to remodel bathroom. Tile floor and walls were demoed. Tile floor and walls were installed. Shower pan had to be redone three times because tile was uneven and not draining properly. After only two months, the grout between the tiles start coming out. Tiles are now cracking. Contractor guaranteed work for one year but now refuses to make it right. Floor was not installed properly and now grout is coming out and tiles are cracking.Desired Settlement: Entire floor needs to be reinstalled properly. Floor needs to be installed by qualified contractor.
