Review: A visit was made to this establishment and food was ordered. The desert that was given was not fresh, hard and stale. When I tried to contact the restaurant to complain, no one answered the phone when calling for two days. Either the phone would ring busy or it would constantly ring and no one would answer. I could not eat the desert because of its condition.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be to get a refund for the price of the desert OR be able to select a different desert that is fresh and edible.

Review: 7 My baby was in there today and the resolution given was to - walk back and change her in the car OR to carry a chair in the bathroom and sanitize it ourselves afterwards. No [redacted] would be given we were to come up with our own cleaning solution. This is a family oriented business and as a paying patron I believe somewhere to change a baby should be accommodated.Desired Settlement: Change the policy and have adequate place for babies to be changed.

The business called our office today to say that she had spoken with the individual the customer talked to and the response she was given was not acceptable. While on the phone with the business she said that she was looking into getting changing tables on line and would also be interested in sending the customer a gift card to return to their restaurant.
