I am rejecting this response because: I reached out to Revdex.com under Suggestion from the New Jersey DeptOf Banking and insuranceIn addition please examine the documents Ms [redacted] has uploaded and you will see her blatant contradictions and munipulative tacticsIn her response she says that her so called "friend" did not present herself as a real estate agent however in the lease agreement you see it is signed between " [redacted] & "Croatia Realtors " In addition upon examination of the letter from the board you will see their acknowledgement of here running this scam since The Township of Weehawken also told her to stop renting without a certificate of occupancy and has been assessing fines sinceAfter several attempts to get clarification from Ms [redacted] I decided to contact Cambridge m***gement directly & it all became apparentI am an owner of a communications company doing business in NYI would never try to get out of something owed however I do recognize bad business and when someone is breaking the lawI have even offered Ms [redacted] to contact my attorney to which she had neverI had to scramble to find new lodging and contacted Ms [redacted] every step of the wayI can provide statements from [redacted] the president of Cambridge m***gement regarding Ms [redacted] and her disregard for the law and ethical practiceThe audacity of her accusing me of going through Revdex.com as a "strategy" this was more like a last resortI have a pregnant wife & year old who I would prefer to be here in NY with me than back in DC because of the uncertainty she caused usAll the while Ms [redacted] and her family are comfortable I hope that Revdex.com practices due diligence and make this woman accountable

Croatia Realtors has been a delightful encounter for us. We happened to meet them through their [redacted] ad when we urgently needed an apartment.
We have found the agent and the owners to be truly wonderful, fair and responsive.
I recommend them without any reservations.

Review: In mid July of 2014 my wife responded to an ad on Craigslist for a 2bdrm sublet in Weehawken, NJ listed by Croatia realtors. She sent me to handle the logistics. I signed a 3 month w/ the option to extend the lease at $2200 per month with a woman named [redacted] who presented herself as a Realtor & signed the lease as Croatia Realtors. I paid an $1100 security deposit plus approximately $850 prorated for July. I paid another $2300 August 1, 2014. And moved my Family here from Washington, DC ( Wife & 5 yr old) On or about August 22nd I came home to a letter taped on my door from A condo Association (I have copies) Saying that a woman named "[redacted]" was in violation for subletting the apartment and had been warned several times about this since 2011. It went on to say that she has been incurring a fine of approximately $50/ day Since January 2014. Shocked and confused I called [redacted] from Croatia Realtors & she told me not to worry shed handle it. Two days later with no word I received another letter, this time from the Township of Weehawken stating a violation for failure to obtain a certificate of occupancy. I was irate & capped [redacted]. She then admitted that she was just helping a friend and not affiliated w/ Croatia and the real owner [redacted] lived in Europe. I was then given her info. She told me that it was no big deal but for 3 days said she couldn't get in touch with any one. My wife decided to call the number on the top of the notices & was able to talk to someone immediately. The condo association said that she was a known scam artist. The township said she would have to pay all fines before being eligible for a certificate of occupancy. We then contacted the New Jersey Banking & Insurance Agency (that all realty professionals have to be licensed through & were informed that this was an illegal operation & so was the lease agreement. I had to move my Wife back to DC to legally register our child for school. Since presenting this,My family has been harassed by this woman's husband.Desired Settlement: I would like all monies given to Croatia Realtors owned by [redacted] totaling $4250 for perpetrating a fraud by entering into an illegal contract unbeknownst to me. I further request that she discontinue victimizing potential renters as she has done since 2011. Her company has caused my family severe hardship & has yet to claim accountability
