Up front and honest
I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from them. I’ve only dealt with Dan. He is knowledgeable, respectful, and patient. I test drive numerous cars and I took them to my mechanic each time. People need to understand that when you buy a used car with 80,000 miles, and you don’t buy any warranty what so ever, you are taking a risk. No one really knows when a part is going to go to crap when the car is >5 years old with high miles. I had one situation where my brakes were slightly squeaking. Dan informed me that he had just got it in from the auction and that he would get them fixed. He was a man of his word. It’s unfortunate that people rip a business apart simply because they lack the ability to be self reliant. If you want a new car with no problems and with a warranty that will cover something 5months to 3 years down the road, then go to a new car sales dealership. If you don’t mind used cars with higher miles and a decent price, then Crocker Motors is the place to go. There is a reason they have been voted the best for years!

I baught a car from crocker motors two month ago on the day. My trans cooler lines broke. I could not drive it for two days until I could get it in to the shop. I called crocker motors to see if they could help me seeing how I had just bought the 2007 chrystler pacifica two months prior. He then told me there is nothing he can do and that it is basically my problem, not his. So I then played for my car to get towed to a car place called eds auto. Eds auto then saw that not only was my trans cooler line broke, but my brakes were all rusted and really bad and also my tie rods were really lose and about to fall out. I then called crocker motors back and told them about the brakes and tie rods as well. I asked the guy if he had it inspected before he sold it to me. He told me had had taken it for a test drive and did not see a problem with either the tie rods or the brakes. I asked him if he actually looked at the brakes or tie rods, and he said no he hadn't . He stated that he has been selling cars for 20 yrs and he knows just by driving the car if the brakes and tie rods are back. I told the crocker motor guy that I beleive that the brakes and tie rods should have been looked at and inspected before he sold me the car. He admitted that they werent physically looked at or inspected, that my car was just test drove. I believe that crocker should have to pay for my new brakes and new tie rods and possibly even the trans coolers lines. The crocker motor guy told me two months is to far away since I baught the car. I know that brakes dont get rusty and really bad in two months. They had tonhave been bad for a while and it should have been caught b4 the car was put on the car lot. This has cost me$ 500.00 in repairs and also a day missed in work due to not having a vehicle to get to work and a weeks worth of it being in the shop and having to pay people for rides.
