To Whom It May Concern, Crockers Paving is responding to a complaint made by Mr[redacted] ID # In August of we were hired to pave a driveway for Mr[redacted] Upon completion we were paid for the jobIn May Mr [redacted] contacted [redacted] and at that time we were not started for the season but [redacted] went out and had a lookWhen speaking to Mr[redacted] he was inform that there was nothing wrong with the driveway and the spots he is referring to was due to parking his vehicle in the same spot for the last two yearsWith that, we told Mr.aements that when we were in the area we would come by and fill there in with asphaltMr[redacted] phone calls were always answered until he started calling [redacted] contuniously everyday or times until one day he called times from his cell phone to his landline phone., with that [redacted] told him to stop calling him or he was going to charge him with harassmentWhen he called the office he spoke to me [redacted] ) and I told him we cant take our equipment out there when we are in the area we will come by and fit the spots where your car has been parkedI also told him that it was due to the car being parked in the same spot and over time that will happen and its not our responsibly but we were willing to fix it when we are nearbySo with the continuous phone calls /harassment we will not fit his driveway due to wear parking in the same spot Sincerely yours, [redacted]
