We received your letter dated November 6, 2017 in reference to [redacted]. I spoke with [redacted] on November 7th at approximately 9:30 am. I explained to him that we (Crockett Air Solutions, LLC) were under the impression that he has a ductwork problem, not HVAC mechanical problem. We asked...

2/10 Warranty to send a duct company to him to verify since we do not work on duct work throughout the entire home, just during full installs at the actual units when needed. We informed him that we would call 2/10 Home Warranty back and ask that the claim be reassigned back to us (claim # [redacted]) which they did. Our lead technicians have an appointment to meet with [redacted] on Friday, November 10, 2017 between the hours of 5pm to 7pm.At that time, the technicians will evaluate the entire system and provide [redacted] with their recommendation of what is required to end the loud noise that he is hearing. This may result in referring a ductwork Company, but we will make that determination on Friday.Once I explained this to [redacted] on November 7th, he expressed to me on the phone that he was ok with the appointment time and the plan of action.Please let me know if you have any further questions or require any further information from us.
