Crockett Home Improvement, Inc. has been extremely responsive to my requests for repairs and improvements in 2013 and 2014. The owner, estimators, administrative staff, and highly skilled trades workers were prompt, courteous, and proficient. Estimates were on target and (electrical, plumbing, and general carpentry) work accomplished on time. I would recommend them without reservation.

He answered my emails directly and was willing to work with me through a delay of 5 months from the time I made the initial request for quote until I was ready to actually contract the service. He was very understanding of my situation (birth of my child) and even setup the appointment while he was out of town. He also honored the original quote he provided 5 months prior. His workers were very polite and knowledgeable of what I needed done and walked me through what they were doing. The entire job took his team just a couple of hours, and he followed up with me before I even had a chance to email him back once the job was complete. The customer service and professionalism Mr. C[redacted] and his team displayed was above and beyond what I expected, and I would definitely recommend his company to anyone needing home repair work. We hired Crockett Home Improvement to put in a drainage ditch, new deck, windows, siding and gutters. The work was completed on time (weather permitting) and within budget. The team was always courteous and professional. We highly recommend them and would use them for future projects.

Crockett has done several jobs from replacing a roof to replacing an entry door. Their workmanship is excellent, George does an excellent job explaining the process and is in constant communication throughout the job. I have always been very satisfied with the entire process of working with Crockett Home Improvement.

I hired Crockett Home Improvement to install a new roof, install new tile floor in the kitchen, and replace exterior siding. Crockett came right away to give me the estimate and once hired, they got started immediately. The work was excellent, fast, and the price was comparable to other contractors.
