Review: I purchased 2 concert tickets to see [redacted]'s [redacted] and the concert was cancelled, and has not been rescheduled to date. I have emailed, called, and visited the business and they have not returned my calls/emails. I am being ignored and would like a refund.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I purchased tickets to a show on February 19 2013 for a concert on March 15. The week of the show I heard it was cancelled. I checked their website and found it to be true, It said "call for a refund". I did so the next day and was told the money would go back on my credit card. It did not. The first call was on March 13. I waited over a week before making my second call. They said some of the refunds "kicked back" and they would once again put it back on my credit card. Another week went by before I tried to email them through their website, I got no response. I just want my refund. The concert was for a band called Adrenaline Mob, My order Number is [redacted] The ticket price for 3 tickets was $58.35. Thank YouDesired Settlement: I just want my refund of $58.35

Review: I purchased tickets from the crocodile rock for my father for his birthday. The tickets were for the sevendust and lacuna coil show, in February of 2013. Due to weather, the show was postponed. When it was rescheduled, lacuna coil was no longer playing, and it was at a different location. The show was no longer what I had originally purchased the tickets for. My father called and told me just to get the refund that had been advertised. I agreed that it would be best, since the tickets would no longer be used.

I tried to contact the crocodile rock by calling the number given to me on the website. After having left a message yet getting no response, I emailed them through the "contact us" portion. I received an email from the CEO, listing 2 numbers, and then his own. I tried calling the numbers, and I tried calling him. I could not even leave him a message because his voice mailbox was full. I've emailed several more times since, with no response.

I have not cursed or been rude, I've simply stated that all I want is my money back for a show that I was no longer interested in, since the band was not going to be playing. Still, all I want is my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, onto my card would be fine. The fact that they will not give my money back for a show they no longer offered is despicable. Disgusted with the service they offer. When I receive my refund, they will no longer have my business.

Review: The Crocodile Rock Cafe was hosting an [redacted] concert on March 23, 2013. Through their website I purchased two tickets on Feburary 19, 2013 for the amount of $57.90. On the day of the concert I drove to [redacted] (which is approxmately an hours drive) only to discover that the concert was held the night before in [redacted] at a different venue. I was sent neither an email to notify me of this change nor did I recieve a phone call stating the change of date or venue. I have tried dozens of times to contact Crocodile Rock for a refund. Only once was I able to reach someone who introduced herself as the manager and promised to credit my account fully within the next 10 buisness days. That phone call was made in June and I have still not recieved a refund. I would appreciate any help in recieving the refund that I am owed.
