I placed order ***cus on 12/23/and paid $for Fed Ex Next Day shipping However, the order wasn't shipped until 12/28/Please note I placed another CROCS order through *** and those shoes were delivered to me on 12/27/On 1/4/17, I called the CROCS customer service line and requested that I be refunded the $since the shoes were not shipped next day and they said noThey told me I could return the shoes at the CROCS Camarillo outlet store I went to the CROCS Camarillo outlet store on 1/8/and spoke to asst manager Jorge who told me they couldn't refund me because I paid with *** I told him I had the credit card linked to my *** account for him to give me a refund and he said he couldn't give me a refundHe offered to give me a gift card but no refund I have used the shipping label and will ship the shoes back to CROCS on 1/9/The shipping label says they will deduct $from my refund My RMA number is ***
