Glenn is a great salesmanI very much appreciated how up front and honest he was about his productsIt became clear to me very quickly that I wanted to consider going with them for my purchaseI asked Glenn the same questions repeatedly for a few days until I had understood everything I was uncertain aboutHe was more than patient and willing to help meI ended up going with the higher end water conditioner unitInstall went relatively smoothlyMy house was not pre plumbed for a water softener, so there was some extra work involvedHis contractors were friendlyThey didn't mind me watching the install as I was intrigued by the whole processWhen they left they made sure to clean up any mess they had madeThe install location was a big of a compromise from what I originally wanted, but I think it will work just fineAt the end of the day I couldn't get the other companies to give me quotes, come out to my home for a face to face, and the prices I did see from the competition was not anywhere near ballpark for Fresh Mountain in regards to quality and valueThese guys know what they are doing, they stand behind their products confidently and are patient when you have questionsI'll be passing along the word to friends and familyThanks again, Glenn!
