Review: They was suppose to pick up the vehicle a year ago and never picked it up. The FBI raided there car lot and several of their employees and even the owner was as well when I moved to put the plates on the car they gave the dmv one figure for payoff then turned around and gave us another figure. At that point I had told them to pick it up that I was not sending no money. I asked them if they even had the title they told me and also the lady at the DMV that the FBI had taken everything out of the building. I told them twice to pick up the vehicle and they never sent some one, this has been a year now. I told them to send me a copy of all payments on there letter head and the lady sent me a hand written statement , I also told them at that point to pick the vehicle up. I have called them several of times and they are not answering or calling me back.Desired Settlement: I want the title or pick the vehicle up.

Review: Dealer won't repair vehicle as per 30 warranty.Desired Settlement: To be repaired to the satisfaction of the purchaser at no cost as per warranty

the vehicle in question was returned to our dealership the customers’ trade was returned and her deposit was returned. The customer never allowed us to fix the vehicle or even allow our mechanics to do a diagnostic on the vehicle. The customer wanted to have her friend fix the vehicle and us write him a check that is not the way we or any dealership operates.
