Review: Crofutt and Smith is not answering our requests for a refund for pre-paid storage. The prepayment is well documented.
We prepaid for 4 years of storage with Crofutt and Smith in NJ. We have been informed by [redacted] that Crofutt and Smith has sold their NJ operations to Booth but they have refused [redacted] requests for the transfer of the pre-paid money. C&S have not returned our requests for return of pre-paid money. The pre-payment has not been disputed and is well documented. I would like the Revdex.com to help us in the return of our money. Many thanks, [redacted]Desired Settlement: A refund of $9848.44 as of June 1, 2013. Our stored items were transferred to [redacted] as of the end of May 2013. $9848.44 remain from the pre-paid storage.
