Here are the two orders placed using two different LOGINSIf the login information were the same we may have been able to catch it to help prevent HIS mistakeUnfortunately, whether HE placed this order by accident or intentionally, both orders were shippedWhen he notified us of the shipments, both orders were ALREADY shipped out [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] As I previously stated: it is up to the consumer to know the merchants policies before placing an orderHe had to click I agree to terms before proceeding with BOTH ORDERS.Our website clearly states the following [redacted] Refused Parcels Customers who refuse the delivery of a parcel for any reason, whatsoever, are responsible for the cost of shipping fees incurred to and from your destination, as well as a 15% restocking feeYour credit card will be billed the appropriate amount for any refused deliveryA lot of time, effort, labor and materials go into every parcel we ship to youThank you for understandingAlso for free shipping promotions we state the following [redacted] Shipping will be charged to the customer from any returns that are part of a free shipping programShipping cost will be deducted from customers refundAs you see our policies on shipping both ways are clearly stated on our website.We did as a courtesy WAIVE the restocking fee normally imposed.We were INFACT charged shipping fees to our account for his errorIn good faith, we are willing to SPLIT the difference and credit the customer $18.24.Please let us know how he would like to proceed

Upon being informed of [redacted] allegations that he was missing an item that he believed should have been included with the set, I contacted the manufacturer of the product to see if they could supply him with the transformerSince I had sold [redacted] the last of our stock on that set, I couldn't send him the item he was allegedly missing myselfOur sales representative from [redacted] assured me that they would contact the customer to address the issueWe communicated that fact to [redacted] via telephoneI contacted [redacted] the same day that I received the notice from the Revdex.com, and he advised me that he coincidentally received the transformer from [redacted] that he was allegedly missing on that same day.I sent a pre-paid return label to [redacted] so that he may return the item to us, as he couldn't get the train set to operateWe offered him a full refund for the item [redacted] also agreed that he would withdraw his complaint from the Revdex.com as we have executed our due diligence to correct the issue that he experienced

Revdex.com:I spoke with Anthony from Train world and he offered me a full refund for my problem trainI have received the refund.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted]
