I am rejecting this response because:That is so untrueThey never fixed any mold problems in the basement it's still thereThis has nothing for do with my girlfriend or her legal problemsThe only reason her problems with the company came up is because I mentioned a problem with water lines in her wall loud enough to wake up the kidsA man from the company came to my apartment before calling and setting it up tried to negate everything I was complaining even blamed the apartment water lin as on the city said there is no mold and they don't have to vacuum hallways or plow the parking lotIf talked with severalother tenants and they all feel the same way as I about the upkeep of this building.I have stopped trying to do things myself for a week or two and the only thing I've noticed then do is put salt on the sidewalk witch is not icy and hasn't been that's a waist of salt when it could be used to help people get up the ramp into the parking lot witch is outrageous at points but since it is warming up it hasn't been as big of an issue as it wasThe last management needs to stopI missed an appointment I set up with the caretaker boss to show him the faulty outlets in the walls and still haven't gotten a reply from him this faulty wiring is not something to push off its extremely dangerous especially because of the fire system some tenents would have a hard time getting out in emergencies

We have communicated with the tenant to show us were the mold is, the hazardous electric and the faulty alarm system, We heard about this because he also contacted USDA which is the program that this project is under. We had to investigate all claims and give USDA a response within
days.On January 11th we replaced an exit light, He saw us do this and added it to his list of problems. His mother used to live on the bottom floor of the complex and there was mold in her unit. We had her move upstairs which is what she wanted to do and we fixed the mold problem months ago. Everyone of these complaints is something that we already fixed but because it was an issue since he lived there he has written it down. As of January 24th none of these issues existed. However on January 26th we were going to mediation to evict his girlfriend who lives in the same building. They were hoping that maintenance issues would forestall a nonpayment of rent eviction per there complaints to the mediator. It didn't and the mediator made that very clear that she needed to pay or leave there were no excuses.As far as the snow plowing, shoveling ect. This is a unit complex you don't need more than caretaker this should only be hours a week maximum for anyone. Unless it snows everyday. The caretaker does not snow plow the parking lots only shovel the sidewalks, Which he is doing in a timely manner. The snow plow company is contracted to plow when the snow is above inches.To reiterate we have communicated with the tenant on these items and nothing was amiss at that time of his complaint.I hope this answers your questions.Lisa
