I have rented from Croix Rental for almost 4 years. My last 6 months I moved from a town home to single family home. I was asked to move out in the middle of the month. I had requested moving the beginning of the next month. John said I couldn't move till he rented my town home. It was rented on the 1st day. He asked me to move out by the 15th. instead of the 30th. I did do him that favor. They hadn't received my rent check in the mail so Trena sent me an email with a $ 50.00 late fee. I paid my rent and mailed it on the 1st. I have no control over the post office I stated. So I found out I could go on line into my account and pay on line. So I did that. I was able to look at my account transactions. I found a $ 230.00 charge for rent past due. I asked John what it was and he told me I had to talk to Trena. So I emailed her. No response. (You can't call them on the phone because they never answer it.) So I gave her one last time to let me know what this was for. If she didn't reply to my email by Tuesday no later than 5:00 I was filing a complaint with the State of Wisconsin. I got tired of asking. So the state sent them a letter and after a while they responded that I owed for my pet deposit. So then I had to sent the state copies of my checks for rent and pet deposit. They finally came up with I owed rent from when I 1st move here. They were trying to come up with something. So they sent me a letter demanding I pay this $ 230.00 on receipt of this letter. I hadn't done that since I waited so long for an answer ( we are talking 4 months since I started this process). If they just would of told me instead of making a case out of this nothing would be happening. They are very unfriendly people to work with, never answer there phone and they call themselves a business. There a joke. They rent property from Baldwin WI , towns to the border and St Paul MN.and other areas I am not aware of.
They have different names PMC Management Group, Croix Rental Management and PMC Management of Northern WI. I see they are not Revdex.com ACCREDITED. People should be careful if there going to rent from them. I have rented for over 30 years and have never dealt with incompetent people in my years of renting. Top things off now after 6 months they sent me a 5 day vacate the premises for the $ 230.00. How rude is that for your own stupidity. So beware if you rent from them.,
