person, by the way, whom we have not collected nor charged any money for the inspection. As much care was taken as is reasonably possible. Our company does not go around damaging people's property intentionally as can be seen by the many positive reviews we receive from our customers.
She had just spoken with our company on the 9th of June and then proceeded to file a Revdex.com complaint the same day. It is not the situation where our company is not being responsive and ducking phone calls.
The inspector that damaged the gutter is not the person that would fix the gutter. That would be done by a gutter installation crew. While we apologize for the mistake and are offering to replace the gutters, to make a Revdex.com complaint over a missed return phone call is overly dramatic and hardly worthy of a Revdex.com complaint that now stays on our record for 3 years. The Revdex.com also made a mistake and created a fictitious Croixco Construction posting on their website showing that our company is not accredited which is also false. Very disappointing as our company operates at the highest standard and this is a bunch of static noise. The gutters will be replaced in a reasonable amount of time.
Furthermore, Croixco did not receive the complaint from the Revdex.com until June 20th. It was received by them on the 9th. That is 11 days, which is much longer than our response to the customer regarding fixing their gutters. Somehow this is acceptable.

I do accept the response from Croixco Construction, Inc. They came to my house and replaced the gutter as I requested. I am satisfied that I have received my request from them. Please do close this complaint against Croixco Construction, Inc.

Our home was damaged by hail in the April 12th storm, 2014. Our neighborhood was in the center of the storm damage in northeast Illinois. Most of my neighbors had hail damage to their homes. Our next door neighbor requested Croixco to assess the damage to his home and give him an estimate. [redacted] a representative of Croixco. came out to assess the damage to my neighbor's roof. I happened to be outside when [redacted] was next door and my neighbor introduced him to me. [redacted] in turn, introduced me to Croixco and - am I glad he did. We have never needed to make a large insurance claim for property damage and really did not know how the whole thing worked. Croixco did everything for us, from dealing with the insurance adjusters more than once, obtaining the proper permits from a village known to be difficult, furnishing us with a professional and knowledgeable crew, to finalizing the installation of a new roof and gutters. [redacted], of Croixco, even walked my dogs. I have a beautiful new roof, gutters which are servicing the property properly and the satisfaction that for once, I really got lucky. I had a wonderful experience with Croixco Construction and would highly recommend this company. Bart from Croixco came out to determine the cause of a water leak in my home. He was polite, professional and thorough in his investigation. Excellent customer service!
