We were customers of Jeremy C[redacted]e for over 5 years. We sometimes had issues with him taking a long time to respond to us when we requested help, but overall things were reasonably good until the fall of last year. We had a Monthly Service Plan with him and he suddenly stopped providing the service even though we had 5 months remaining on the contract. We had prepaid for a new printer that he was to deliver and install and he failed to do so. I attempted to call him, email him, sent him certified letters and received no response. I knew his father was ill and so I even said to him, if things are bad right now, just let me know and we'll work it out, but after over 5 years don't just disappear. But, I never heard from him. Deeply disappointed in him as a businessman and a person.

Review: In August of 2013, I contracted with [redacted] Crone of Crone's Computer Services to install computers, printers, scanner and software in my business. He asked me to pay in full up front. He drafted the full amount in August of 2013. He informed me at the time it would take 7-10 days to get the equipment in and we can schedule install. On August 23rd I found the software elsewhere for less money and let [redacted] know I wanted to cancel that part of the agreement. He said okay but had to wait for Microsoft to refund him the money and then he would refund my business account, as he never installed the software. I needed an additional monitor that was not originally included in the quote, he asked if I could pay for that monitor out of the money owed to me for the refund of the software. I agreed to that, but that still netted me a refund. I made him aware of the net amount due. He asked if I would consider using his remote maintenance service to make up for the amount still owed. I refused this service as his service to date on all else has been very poor. After contracting with his company in August of 2013 he did not complete the job until October 7th after many attempts to reach him. It took almost 2 months for him to complete the job, after he estimated it would take 7-10 business days to get the equipment and he could have it all installed in 4 hours. And as of January 16, 2014, I have not received any of the refund even after repeated attempts to reach Mr Crone. He has not responded to any communication attempts since Dec. 3rd, 2013.Desired Settlement: I paid $549.95 for software purchase. I did not use his software so was owed $549.95. He deducted the cost of an extra monitor not included in the original quote equalling $139.99. I am owed $409.96. I want a refund of this amount to the same account he used to charge the cost.
