was not the original salesman for the job, but went to the customer's house when she called after a few months of the completion of the job. She showed me the whole floor. There were three issues that she pointed at. First, a circular wiping mark at small area between the dining and kitchen, which obviously somebody used some wrong cleaner and wiped in circle, which was never mentioned again, and we could clean it. Second, a very small bump in the kitchen, apparently a small particle was trapped in there during the installation, and I told the lady that we would replace the piece and clear it. The third and main problem was a hump between the entry and family. Discussing with my partner, the original salesman, Shawn, he mentioned that we pulled up the old floor in the entry and fixed the floor. There was a hump between the entry and the family room, and if she wanted to make the whole floor level, we had to rent special machine and shaved the concrete, and there would be additional cost involved. She rejected the suggestion assuming that it would not be that much of an issue, and apparently noticed it when looked at it in bright light after the installation was done. We offered the lady and still honor it, to change the hump area and charge only to shave the concrete. We can also take the particle off the floor of the kitchen. Regards Alex G[redacted]
