We offered the customer the chance to return or exchange the item to us but customer refused to send us her itemSince customer has never returned the item and is asking for a refund for merchandise she elected to keep this is considered cyber shopliftingWe never said customer has "no recourse"

We simply asked her to let Fedex view the packaging materials, per our clearly defined return policyWe stand by our equipment and return policyAgain, she was given special permission to return the item without Fedex inspection or exchange the item and customer elected to not do eitherAgain, we believe this is a case of Cyber Shoplifting as the customer has never returned any item and is keeping the item without wanting to pay for itWe are still awaiting her return of the item in question
