Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: lifetime membership means my existing membership is still activeAny resolution other than acknowledging this and granting full rights and privelesgrs associated with the membership is unsatisfactory
Sincerely,

We have reviewed the complaint, [redacted]. We have read the customer’s statement as well as the desired settlement. Our Cellar Reserve program allowed access to specialty beer releases for a fee.  We ended our prior Cellar Reserve program in 2014 and these members were given Lifetime...

memberships. This membership allows discounts in our taproom, email updates, and so on. The program was ended due to time and space constraints as we were starting construction of our brew house. For 2018 we are reactivating the Cellar Reserve program.  As such, we wanted to give Lifetime members the first option to sign up for 2018.  As there is a cost associated with joining just as there was in years prior and we had to move to an updated portal we can’t just reactivate all prior members. Lifetime members who do not wish to pay this year’s fee, will still continue to receive their Lifetime benefits as noted in previous correspondence. They will also be invited to any events that take place in relation to Cellar Reserve for this coming year. We are mindful that due to changes in the lives of Lifetime members since 2014 they may be unable or not wanting to pay for the 2018 Cellar Reserve cycle. As noted though, they will continue to receive the benefits of being a Lifetime member as long as they have their card. Attached please find social media correspondence. We can provide additional screen shots of messages if needed. We have messages from fake accounts that were created as he noted he would do. Thanks, Jauton B[redacted] | Director of OperationsOffice: 720-508-3292|Cell: 720-837-0037
