Croom BP Gas Station

On Saturday, March 21st my boyfriend went inside of the BP that's located on 808 Crain Hwy, Bowie, MD 20716 near Upper Marlboro charged my card twice for $15 when I only received $15 worth of gas. They charged $30. When I explained the situation to the cashier, they were rude and had children at the window and a child working the cashier which is unprofessional. They threatened me and my boyfriend with guns after we consistently told them they charged us twice. The little boy who was working at the register said my card declined the first time but it indeed did not bc I saw the transcript twice on my cashapp card. Two different men claimed they were the owner of the place, one name Khazal who works in the garage and another man who just walked in the store and said he was the owner...Tall, slim, wears glasses, looks middle eastern not sure. Never showed any identification. Khazal says I have to call corporate to receive a refund. I left a msg for corporate on Sat and followed back up today, and they said that the cashier was suppose to issue my refund. So Khazal and his wife and children clearly knew what they were doing and they were trying to get over. I would still like to receive my money back on my card immediately and some type of action towards Khazal and his family. He should not be able to work anymore, the way he acted towards me and my boyfriend. I will never go back to that BP and we have been customers for years. He even use to sell items that were 21+ without looking at ID's. I would like a response from someone with higher power because what I went through should not have happened. I asked for a refund or the extra $15 in gas and they would not comply. I started to get upset and started to raise my voice, because they started laughing at us, calling us poor, cursing, not listening and I do not have time for that when my money. I had to call the police. For future references your company should hire employees who know what they are doing. This is a disgrace. I should press charges
