PCS did not give anytime to pay invoice and charged penalty in interest on the same day as product was invoiced.We received a statement indicating an invoice dated 3/16/15 was also due on the same date 3/16/15 and PCS unfairly charged a default penalty charge of $51.20 and a finance Charge of $5.58 ($56.78 total). I contacted the company 4/9/15 via e-mail as we had a we had a $908.00 credit as of 1/26/15. When this occurred I asked for a refund of my credit they sent a check minus the $56.78I have worked with [redacted] who indicated he would remove the charges on 4/11/15; that still has not occurred.Desired Settlement$56.78 and the name and address of the Company President so I may discuss their billing processes and unfairness of practices.CPS has refunded the amount requested and the company has reached out to us to resolve this concern.
