Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2016/02/15) */
The customer came in and said a cardboard box had gouged the surface of his truck bed. In spraying thousands of bed liners since 1999, I've learned that a cardboard box will not do that. There must have been something sharp protruding out of...

the box to cause the damage. A bed liner is not guaranteed against abuse. This was abuse caused by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for customer negligence
We offered to respray the entire bed for 100.00 as a gesture of good will to fix the problem. His response was to leave and go to the local Ford store where he proceeded to cause trouble with their people, disparaging our reputation. He continued to be belligerent and was asked to leave the premises.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2016/02/16) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept their response as it is purposely deceiving and part a down right lie. First of all I did go to the Ford agency, as they are the folks that recommended I have the bed sprayed at TSA. I felt that they should know that the business they recommended did a marginal job and would not back their work. The Ford representative came out to my truck and observed the damage he thanked me and said he'd contact TSA to try to resolve the issue. This conversation with Ford occurred only minutes after my leaving TSA and the disappointing response I received form the TSA representatives.
As for the last sentence in the response from TSA, It is a blatant lie. I was not told to leave from either the TSA grounds or the Ford lot. The ending conversation with TSA was that they would sand and respray the damaged spots (Not the whole bed as they claim). My response was that "They can keep it" (meaning the offer of respray at $100.)I got into my truck and left the premises. On my way home I thought about stopping at Ford and letting the showroom floor rep. know how the people he recommended handles come back issues. Again the Ford Dlr. was appreciative of the feedback and I doubt they will ever recommend TSA in the future.
