Review: May 17, 2014 I purchased a Crosley refrigerator model CRT182NB7, serial BA34937314 from Moriarity Refrigeration Service 318 N Wsshington Berlin WI 54923. Four days after purchase I had water leakinig underneath freezer door I called Moriarity and the next day he came. He told me thare was some missing gasket. I asked him for a replacment because if this was missing what eles was wrone and this wsa just purchased days ago. He told me could not return had to be fixed and that was the company policy. I continued to have problems with a lot of condensation in the refrigerator and occasional frost build up in the freezer. Moriarity was called for service in June, July, August, Sept Oct . Each time he said that he could not find anything wrong told me the condesation was due to high humidity. No high humidity in my home as I have central air for summer and the cooler weather no humidity. In Nov I called Morarity he did not respond. So I called the 800 number on Dec 5, 2014. It took a long time to find the right number and then found that this was Frigidaire/Electrolus owned. I was told on that date Morarity wsa not a certfied service person with them and they gave me 2 options. [redacted] from Wautoma WI was contacted came out installed freezer kit and that didnt fix problem. He came twice more told me to put 2 gallon pails of ice in freezer and that he is not willing to help cause I did not purchse from them. Contacted Fasco, Oshkosh WI was told same thing said they werent paid farily for this from the company. I have continued to call [redacted] and have spoke with many people. They were suppose to contact me or have a repair service call. To date I have not had a call. The only call back was from Channel at F[redacted] on 1/2/15 to say she would contact Fasco in Oshkosh again to get them out. I have not heard anything and I cant keep calling because this doesnt get resonlved. Just give me a refrigerator that works- this has not worked since purchase.Desired Settlement: Just replace the refrigerator it was not worked property since purchase. I may consider repair but this needs to be done now as I have waited almost 8 months to get this done and the last month there has been no resolve to the problem. Why doesn't this company stand behind its product.
