Thank you for reaching out to Crosley Brands! We do see the order(s) were denied as we do not ship or sell internationally outside of the US and Canada (IE, we cannot accept a payment of international origin nor ship to an international address). See this information on our website...

The consumer in this case attempted two (2) international transactions; one for an international residence with an international payment method and then a second time using a US address and the same international payment method. Both times the transaction was denied. During the attempted completion of the transactions the consumer would have been prompted with the following error message as a 'pop-up' each time during the shopping cart process: "YOUR PAYMENT WAS DECLINED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON: THE TRANSACTION HAS BEEN DECLINED BECAUSE OF AN AVS MISMATCH. THE ADDRESS PROVIDED DOES NOT MATCH BILLING ADDRESS OF CARDHOLDER (RESPONSE REASON CODE 27)". Additionally, no email confirmations of a successful order have been sent. Any current holds on the consumers account will be through the financial instituation responsible for the payment method and will fall off per that financial institutions policies (generally within a few business days). Crosley has denied the transactions and as such is not holding funds for this consumer in any way. Crosley ha rechazado la transacción y  no ha hecho ningún cobro a la tarjeta del cliente.
