Crosman is genuinely sorry that the customer’s son injured his front tooth when he and his older brother were in their parent’s backyard with their airsoft guns this past summer. No one wants to see anyone injured. But Crosman disagrees with the suggestion that it is responsible for
the son’s chipped tooth. The airsoft gun the customer sent back to us appears to function as designed. Airsoft guns require adult supervision at all times. Further, the warnings on the product itself, on the product’s packaging, and furthermore, in the product’s owner’s manual, especially the part reminding the airsoft user to pay attention to where he or she points the muzzle of his/her airsoft gun, meet the applicable safety standards set forth by the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) committee, the committee that sets the safety standards for this particular product. The customer has already received a refund for the airsoft gun he sent back to Crosman. Thank you for your consideration
