Review: On June [redacted] 2013 I ordered two pair of prescription eye glasses one single vision lens which would be covered through my insurance. A second pair which I would purchase That would be bifocal/ progressive with Transition lenses ( Photochromic Technology lens) I was charged 279.00 for these glasses with they bifocal / Transition/progressive lens feature. On July [redacted] I was called by the store to pick up my order after which I returned to the store and inspected my order. I found that frame of the single vision glasses was to small and, complained which they fixed with great hesitation after threatening to call the insurance company. I then found that the glasses that I purchase did not transition in the sun light as Transition lens do and complained to the store which said it was because they were new and they take time to activate a statement that is false as the only thing that slows the process is cold temperature. I later found out from Transition Lens that I was suppose to get a certificate of authenticity with my eye wear which they did not provide. All I want is what I paid for anything else is fraud./Thievery.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive the goods that I am entitle to and have already paid for; along with proof of authenticity of goods delivered.

We have received your letter regarding [redacted]'s complaint id # [redacted],

[redacted] visited our office and did infact order two pairs of prescription glasses, the insurance pair he ordered was infact the "exact " frame he had chosen to have done,

regardless of the frame being the one he had picked all along , he demanded we switch the lenses into another frame of his choosing, which we accommodated on the spot.

The second pair he ordered where Progressive "no-line" bifocal lenses with Transition lenses. [redacted] never had glasses with transitions inside them, and

we explained in great detail how the lens works. We also inspected his lenses to verify that he had received exactly the type of lenses he ordered.

We have been in business for a long time and take extreme efforts to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with there purchases,

and we take great offense in [redacted]'s claim of fraud or thievery.

Bottom Line : He received exactly the lenses he had paid for.

At this point in time , there is no other lens which can be replaced because his lenses are infact correct,

If [redacted] is not happy with his purchase we will gladly offer to refund him the $ 279.00 in return for his

frame and lenses. If we where what he accuses us of being thieves and fraudsters we would not have made this refund

offer to him.

Please contact [redacted] , and make him aware of his option, and let us know how to proceed.

In Addition , If [redacted] does accept the return for refund, we will need a notarized letter from him stating such.
