As a professional hard surfaces cleaning company, we value our customers and take any and all complaints seriouslyWhile we strive for perfection on every job, there can be times when we miss somethingWe ordinarily check with our customers prior to leaving and make sure they are 100% satisfied with the work In this extremely rare circumstance, we received no phone calls (or any other type of communication) letting us know we had failed to meet her expectationsHad we been informed, we would have quickly responded and sent our manager out to rectify the problemWe only learned of this incident when the Revdex.com contacted usTypically a customer reaches out to us first, we fix the issue, and everyone's happy We weren't given that opportunity in this case However, we STILL stand ready to provide the excellent service this customer deserves

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response as it does not make sense to me that this company would use a survey service and not look at itThe survey was sent to my email address before the technicians had left my homeWhen the technician was leaving he shook my hand and said "I am very sorry"I will call the number provided and discuss this matter with the person who answers the phone Regards, [redacted]

While I can appreciate what our customer stated, there are two mitigating factors here First, the "survey" she spoke about it not generated by us, nor does it come to us It is done by a third-party brand awareness companyTherefore, we had no way of knowing there was an issue, which leads me to the second pointAfter years in business, this is the first time we can remember where a customer didn't call us direct, prior to launching a complaint on-line Our MO is to address the customer's concerns, and at times, return back to their home to make correctionsWe still stand ready to do this, should this customer reach out to us at *** Until we speak to her personally, we are not willing to refund any money

I am rejecting this response because: I filled out the online survey that was sent to me with all the details. I had asked the technicians to wipe up their footprints in the hall before they left. One technician told me I could keep their towel if I wanted to clean more. At that point I was too frustrated to continue. The online survey had been sent to me before they left my house. So I used the survey to voice my concerns, disappointment, and frustration. I did not receive a response after one week and then contacted Revdex.com.
