I already talked to my local BMV. BMV said the only way to remove my name from the title is that Lakeshore Credit and Acceptance communicate with the BMV that I am not associated with this vehicle.
I understand that Lakeshore credit and Acceptance does not issue vehicle titles. When BMV created the vehicle title, they got the information from Lakeshore credit and acceptance.

This is fraud. My name should not be in that title. Lakeshore Credit and Acceptance should work out with the BMV to fix this problem.
