Frank short verbal - We are willing to come out and repair the cracks around the second week of December , or schedule for early next spring to avoid further damage through the winter.
In your last email to me you said that if Cross Concrete didn't respond to contact you. On March 23, 2016 “Frank” telephoned and stated that they would be out the week of April 4th to complete the repairs. Needless to say, that week came and went without them showing up. My husband called them the week of April 24th, and was told by “Frank” that the reason they had not come when they had said they would was because the weather was too cool. My husband was told that they would definitely be out during the first two weeks of May. It is now June and we have not seen nor heard from them during the month of May. Thank you,[redacted]
