sub has it's own superintendent to over see the project. The auperintendent for this project was there 100% of the time. [redacted] has referred to me as a nice salesman; I am a business owner and I take my business very seriously. We did two other jobs on [redacted] street and the customers could not be more happy. I have reached out to the subcontractor ([redacted]) and although they have been busy, they have assured me that they will go to the [redacted] and fix their minor issue. There is no spot on the driveway or sidewalk that would cause someone to trip, fall, or harm themselves in any way. We will correct the issue and provide before and after pictures to the Revdex.com. We have always maintained an excellent rating with the Revdex.com and will continue to provide quality work to our customer base to maintain our rating.

Mr. [redacted] told us complete replacement regardless of what he is stating in this forum. I have that email from him. Cross Construction asked for assistance because we believed he was asking for complete replacement and that is not warranted. AGAIN, we will replace the panels that have a contrast in color. We will find a date when weather is cooperating and make sure we resolve the issue. We have always agreed to handle the matter, we have not even gotten a response from the Concrete batch plant and we are here doing this? We need to at least get their response.
