Cross Construction

My wife and I have lived in our home for 28 years. We are retired now and wanted to make big changes. We had 4 walls to take out to open up our living and dining area. 2 of the walls were structial support walls so a beam was installed into our attic which made it out of sight when done. We had a raised dining room floor to lower. We had a sunken living room floor to raise. In other words we want level floors and a large open area.
Dan T of TC Siding & Construction is a man of his words. He came and looked over the job. He gave us a fair price we could live with and gave use a time frame. They finished our project on time and on budget even though we chose to do this in February of 2019. They had to fight 3 snow storms during the 2 weeks of work. They delivered! My wife and I are so pleased with how the work turned out. Thank you Dan and company.
