From: [redacted] ] Sent: Tuesday, November 01, 11:AM To: [redacted] Subject: ID NUMBER [redacted] We are responding to a complaint that was made against our companyOn 10/11/we were dispatched at 845pm to an accident on [redacted] *** [redacted] by [redacted] Police A [redacted] with License Plates [redacted] was in an accident We towed the vehicle back to our facility located at [redacted] We received a call the next day on 10/12/2016, by the owner of the vehicle listed as [redacted] When she called we asked her if she had full coverage on the vehicle and she said she did not I informed her if she did not have full coverage her insurance would not cover the tow bill or the damages to the car I offered for her to not have to pay any money at all if she brought the title to the car down she could remove her plates and personal items out of the vehicle due to it being totaled and walk away without paying anything and she ***d she wanted to take the car and scrap it out I informed her she would just need to pay the charges owed and have a tow company if not us to tow it out She informed me she was having [redacted] tow it out and she would pay the charges herself I told her the charges would be that was the tow of $88.00/ Mileage from the scene was $Time on Scene which is [redacted] rate is $an hour She had one day of storage at [redacted] rate which was $ Tax on everything was $totaling up to $ Everything that [redacted] was charged was at the [redacted] minimum that the [redacted] of [redacted] has us charge Our company does not make up the rates for Towing [redacted] Cross Country Automotive [redacted]

[redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The rates are inflated and not in line with any other rates in the state They were not on the scene for one hour per discussion with [redacted] would really need to reconsider using this company THe driver did not even bring change and was horribly rude There are dozens of comments all over the internet under [redacted] *nd other review sites which complain of the disrespectful behavior, stealing from customers, and other issues Sincerely, [redacted]

I have a sticker on my window and since I have tints they didn't even bother to look at the sticker and attempted to tow my vehicle then I called and they didn't care they assumed they were right and told me if they did tow it I had to go get it and it would of been free next time make sure there's no sticker instead of assuming there no sticker to park on my parking lot and then they have the nastiest customer service they are total frauds and make it they motive to be nasty to customers
