He never showed, he never called
When I called him to find out why, he said "he forgot."
He offered to come some other day
I called another company

Had service by this company 12/30/ He replaced all the inner parts in the toilet tank and repaired the valve at the wall
5-30-the tank would not stop filling, and the off valve at the wall did not work This caused the flood in my bathroom, closet, bedroom and kitchen cabinets and walls between the closet and kitchen dining area
I called the company who were away on vacation (it was Memorial Day) they said their warranty was only days and since they were away could recommend someone
Found a new company who stated that the inner guts of the toilet were installed improperly and the shut off valve was defective

Requested information from Cross Creek Cooling & Plumbing, LLC regarding a price quote "he" gave me to install a replacement Split Unit Air ConditionerAsked contractor for Model and other basic information regarding recommended product, only to receive a "I do not have time for that" responseCurrently, I'm still clueless if contractor is fully license or certified to do the work he claims he was prepared to doAdditionally, when asked about inspecting duct work, his response was that's the job of my electric companyToo many uncertainty with this person to say I would recommend Cross Creek Cooling and Plumbing, LLC to a friend

Great company. Bob said he would be here in about an hour, and he was. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, told me how much it would cost, we agreed on the price and he and his helper got straight to work. An hour later the job was done, and the invoice was for exactly what he said it would be. Bob is cool, and now thanks to him my house is too.
