To [redacted] , On behalf of Cross Creek Ranch I would like to apologize for the issues that arose from the water main line leak on March 19thUnfortunately this leak took place when our office was closed for the dayWe apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you or your family When these issues arise our protocol is to have the problem fixed asap and notify all affected residents of the issue and an estimated time frame as to when the issue will be completedI understand that notification was not provided to you immediately and again I apologize for this miscommunication This incident does not reflect the pride and reputation of Cross Creek Ranch or its employeesWe take great pride in our work for all residents and strive to take care of any issues that may arise quicklyHowever, from time to time these issues happen during non business hours and all employees are trained to handle the situation swiftly and properly Going forward all emergency issues that happen, Cross Creek Ranch will notify all residents via: letter, social media sites, property website, and/or phone call Should you have any other questions regarding this matter please feel free to contact me directly at [redacted] Chris Felan Property Manager Cross Creek Ranch Crosscreek Lane Benbrook, TX 817-731-Office

I reached out to Ms [redacted] the day I received your compliantI informed her the office was not aware she had two refrigerators in her apartment and had one removed the same dayI apologized for any oversights from my team and also informed her we had a new maintenance team and that she should see positive change in response to her work orders very soonAs for the pool, I explained with the unusual amount of massive rain we had up until June, delayed our pools being open as there was many repairs needed such as major electrical shortages and we must make safety our top priorityMs [redacted] came with her father this week to discuss other issues in her apartment and I assured her they will be taken care of immediately If you need further information please let me know Thank you, [redacted] Community Director Cross Creek Ranch [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because reparations were not made. An appology is free, but the apartment complex is culpable due to a failure of after-hours maintenance reporting and should provide a refund to all residents.The excuse that the water shutoff occurred outside of business hours is unacceptable. The after-hours maintenance line failed to notify staff causing the apartments to be unsafe and uninhabitable for an additonal 12 hours before the office opened. This was not an inconvenience, this was a safety hazard.
