Warranty coverage on Subaru WRXClutch replacement
I had such an unfortunate experience considering my initial purchasing process was soo smooth and exceeded my expectationsI own a Subaru WRX (VIN: ***), I am the first owner of this vehicle, and I have had it a year and a half now***
Recently I had to replace my clutch on my WRX with only about 9,miles, which is still under my factory 36,mile and year warrantyWhen I arrived at the repair shop at this location with the problems I was experiencing, I was immediately judged on my age and how I look, since I am younger and own a sports carThe representative used terms such as "neglect" and "abuse" he even asked if I learned on this vehicleConsidering I come from a training background literally on customer service, this is a HUGE red flag, one is to never immediately judge the situation and use such negative connotations directed to the customerT

Receiving continual phone calls from *** at this dealership after I repeatedly asked that I not be called
A couple weeks ago I called this dealership and spoke with *** *** (internet sales) to schedule a test drive She asked for my information, which I provided, but I asked that I not be called She replied that she would make a note of that and not call
After our test drive with*** (sales rep), I received a call from *** a few days later I told her that I initially asked that I not be called, and she said she would make a note of that and not call
Two days ago, *** called me again For the 3rd time in as many conversations with her I asked that I not be called, and for the 3rd time she said she would make note of that and not call
Today I found I had missed calls from *** again This is her 4th and 5th attempt to call me after I had three-times-previously requested that she NOT call me, and she stated that she had noted that request

WOW! Where do I begin with this teamI have been waiting for my tags to be transferred and now my tags are dead! I was told by Angela that someone would be at my work place on Friday 10/5/by 4:with my license plateI was told after calling several times after 4pm that no one would be delivering my tag because they needed proof of insurance which they could have had if someone would have let me known that they needed that infoAt this point it is Friday and I live hours away with no paper tag (expired) nor license plate (expired) because of the lake of Angela not doing the job of transferring my license plateI asked to speak to the owner many times and was told that he would not speak to me...that is what Corey and other mangers were hired for(hmmmmm) So by this time I have Corey on the phone and I asked if someone could at least bring me a paper tag so I would have something to drive on over the weekendCorey said that was not going to happen because they sent one overnight for SaturdayWell now it is Monday and I still have nothing but an expired tag! This is really not even half of what has happen but I will end it here
