I have had a wonderful experience with this companyMy air had stopped workingThe owner, Bobby C [redacted] came to my home on Monday evening on August 29,He attempted to fix the problem with no availHe ordered the parts needed on the following morning and my air-conditioner was up and running the following Thursday September 01, He told me the air would be fixed on Friday and the work was done a day earlyI am thankful

Bobby Cross was recommended to me by a mutual friend about five years ago He installed a split mini system in my sunroom that has never worked properly It has been down for most of the summer, every summer, including the first summer I have had to have them out several times each summer Unfortunately, his workers are constantly turning over, so I rarely get the same one twice There are have been so many instances where they have been no call, no show for appointments that I can't count themAbout a month ago they replaced both compressors, and the unit still didn't work They then told me it was a bad circuit board, and we finally set an appointment for them to come replace that No show, no call When I called the office, Bobby answeredI did, of course, let him know that I was not happy with that kind of service, so he refused to service the unit anymore
On a happier note, I did contact another company recommended by the supplier with FABULOUS results The company is ***, headed up by *** He got out to my house the same day I called himHe showed me where a bad installation had caused damage to all the pipes and components Because of all the moisture and mold, the unit was not repairableI bit the bullet and bought a new and better unit (for less than what Bobby charged me initially I cannot begin to tell you how great this new unit is! My sunroom is cooler than ever before and the unit is practically silentLesson learned!
