*** Insurance system notes indicate an email was sent to the client on 7/14/advising that an electronic withdrawal was scheduled to occur on 7/17/The client sent our office, Cross Insurance, an email via our website on Sunday evening, 7/16/at 6:54PM requesting cancelation of the
policyWe provided the client a cancellation request form to sign, which was returned to our office via fax on the evening of 7/20/We promptly processed the cancelation request on 7/21/17, with an effective date of 7/17/Whereas the request for cancellation was at around the same time as the scheduled ACH was occurring, the premium was deducted from the client’s accountUnfortunately, it does take up to business days for a return ACH to process, which should now have hit the clients account

As of 7:42 p.m. on August 1, 2017, no deposit has been made to my account.  This would be the "1-2" days after they allegedly deposited the funds on July 30, 2017.  Where is my money?

Our agent has contacted [redacted] Insurance and confirmed the date the ACH refund was processed was 7/30/17.  [redacted] Insurance also indicates that it could take a day or two to post to the clients bank account.  Thank you.
