Cross Island Sprinklers and Irrigation

I used Cross Island Sprinklers and Irragation in April of to have a brand new sprinkler system installed at my home*** the *** said that there is a year warranty for the equipment and one free blow out for the system*** installed the system and said that the lines were going to be a minimum of inches below the groundAfter I told him I was going to have my concrete replaced in my yardHe said that It would not be a problemSo after a couple days one the sprinkler heads stop working and one of the head is leaking when the system is offSo I tried calling him several times and left several messagesThere was no replySo I called him from a different number and he picks up or calls the number backWhen he does pick up he says I didn't call him and than says that he will be at my house on a certain date and never shows up or callTo make things worst I had the concrete done and found out that the lines for the sprinkler system was only under the dirt for a minimum of inchesOne of the lines broke and I called *** to repair it for me and no answer againI had to pay the concrete company to run the lines properly and buy the materialAt this point I'm done with *** and his companyWill never do business or recommend his company to nobody

[redacted] installed the system and said that the lines were going to be a minimum of 8 inches below the ground. After I told him I was going to have my concrete replaced in my yard. He said that It would not be a problem. So after a couple days one the sprinkler heads stop working and one of the head is leaking when the system is off. So I tried calling him several times and left several messages. There was no reply. So I called him from a different number and he picks up or calls the number back. When he does pick up he says I didn't call him and than says that he will be at my house on a certain date and never shows up or call. To make things worst I had the concrete done and found out that the lines for the sprinkler system was only under the dirt for a minimum of 4 inches. One of the lines broke and I called [redacted] to repair it for me and no answer again. I had to pay the concrete company to run the lines properly and buy the material. At this point I'm done with [redacted] and his company. Will never do business or recommend his company to nobody.
