Me. [redacted] has not been making payments on time. He signed a court agreement and still feels the need to pay when he feels like it. He paid his portion a day before the sheriff Ame. He is supposed to pay every week and we have not received a payment since 6/2/17

Tell us why here1) Every new resident receives an extermination schedule and it is their responsibility to adhere to the dates of service (if this resident needs a new copy, we will be more than happy to provide them with one).2) In reference to the stove, our records indicate that the issue was just recently reported to the office and maintenance has since been over to their apartment to make the necessary repairsI have also attached pictures of the stove in question per there is a serious cleaning issue that needs to be addressed by the resident for proper operation of the stove and oven (notice that all burners are working and the oven is working just fine)If the stove had not been working for months how would they have acquired so much grease and food partials on it for not using it3) We strive to provide exceptional customer service to every resident, in additional to that, every apartment has to be inspected and authorized for occupancy by the City of FlorissantThe wall color issue could have just been a simple mistake per we have provided accent walls to residents in the past.4) As far as the pool is concerned, we do not advertise the pool as being operable nor have we made any promises to any residentsEvery resident has access to the City of Florissant pools at no charge to our residents.5) This resident was offered a different building to move into if he preferred the access of a basement with access to a storage area as well as washer and dryersWe do not and have not advertised washer/dryer hook up to anyoneWe have that there are card operated washers and dryers for the residents use.6) In reference to the smell within the building, if it is indeed a smoke smell, which we have no definite proof of, our property does not prevent a resident from smoking and unfortunately smoke travelsWe have sent several notices within the building about not smoking in the common halls, yet residents are allowed to smoke within their apartment homesAs far as possible drug use, there has been no definite proof of that being a factResidents can call the Florissant Police as an anonymous caller if they believe it is drug related.7) The choice a resident has made to eat out for months and NOT to follow up on a request claimed was reported months prior does not constitute compensationIt is unfortunate that the daughter has been ill, but that was a personal choice made by the parents and the office holds no responsibly for any medical expensesOnce again, the stove and oven are both working just fine.8) Management has to be notified by the resident of a pest problem in their home in order to treat it and this has been the first report of this issue, so we will be sure to the pest company check for any pests within the vents.9) If this resident has filed a lawsuit, our legal team is fully prepared to defend our policies and procedures will address the case from that pointI feel as though if this resident was so unhappy that he wants compensation for his pain and suffering he would not have renewed his lease for another within the last days!

Mr*** has never reported his a/c issues or paint falling in kitchen or his blindsWe do have records of every maint request he has entered and none of them are on thereWe can not address issues nor fix them if we are unaware of said issuesSecondly Mr***'s lease was up at the end of ***
and choose to renew his leaseIf this was such a bad environment to live in you would think Mr*** would have moved out of his unitNew management that he speaks of has been here for almost years with that being said this is Mr***'s second time renewing with new management

To whom it may concern, [redacted] came in and stated her boyfriend tried to break in to her unit and she called the cops and wanted the lock fixed. I stated she would need to pay for the repair since this was a result of a domestic case. I explained to her if she filed a charge against him we...

would fix the door at no charge. [redacted] was supposed to bring in the police report and  We have yet to hear back from [redacted] about this issue. As far as [redacted]'s A/C unit her A/C is currently not working at this time because [redacted] has no electric on in her unit. We just had to remove a extension cord [redacted] was using to power different items in her unit from our common hallway staircase. This is theft.We have tried to work with [redacted] and resolve her problems sadly [redacted] has yet to pay for her repairs or produce a police report. We also can not work on a ac unit that has no power at this time.
