I am the Regional Manager, Lynn [redacted], who is responsible for our Green Bay Mills Fleet Farm stores. I contacted Mr. [redacted] on March 29, 2016, at...

8:45 a.m. Mr. [redacted]'s girlfriend answered and informed me that Mr. [redacted] was working and would be home after 5:00 p.m. I called Mr. [redacted] on March 29, 2016, at 5:20 p.m. and Mr. [redacted] was not home. I then called Mr. [redacted] on March 29, 2016, at 5:40 p.m. and he answered. Mr. [redacted] informed me that the shop vac concern was at the Green Bay East store. The shelf price was posted as $55.00 and he was charged $95.00. The cashier had called someone to check it out and Mr. [redacted] was informed 'that the price was $95.00 for that model shop vac. A manager was not called at that time. Mr. [redacted] left the store without purchasing the shop vac. Mr. [redacted] informed me that the second concern was at the Green Bay West store. On March 20, 2016, Mr. [redacted] wanted to purchase an antler for his dog. He thought the price should be $14.99 but was informed the price was $19.99. The cashier had phoned someone to check it out. The cashier received a call back and was told the price was $19.99. A manager was not called and Mr. [redacted] left without purchasing anything. I apologized for the misunderstanding and informed Mr. [redacted] that I will be working with the stores to train the Team Members on the proper way to handle pricing concerns with customers and to ensure our prices are correct. Mr. [redacted] agreed that I will arrange to have an antler (the one that he was initially interested in purchasing) ready for Mr. [redacted] to pick up at the Green Bay West store at no charge for his troubles.
