I purchased an Iced Coffee along with a Chicken sandwich from West Highway Burger King in Gonzales Laon 7/16/@ 10:amI received a cup of Iced Coffee filled with Coupon and receipts at the bottom of my coffeeI tried contacting Burger King at least times once I realize what was in my cup no one answer my call until around 8:that nightI spoke with a Supervisor whom I address my concerns with afterward I was contacted by the Store Manager by the name Lionel *** who apologized for his employee action and offer me coupons, He also stated employees usually use those cups to hold their coupons and receipt when given to by customer.I informed him the store cup are inventory and no one should be using them unless they're serving a customer out of one I forward him pictures and I was informed he was going to contact me back once he review there cameras, I haven't received a call I contact their Customer Relation to process a complaint on the same day no one from Burger King contact me back as of today to address this matterI also contact the Gonzales Health Department to address this unhealthy situation
