Thank you with sharing your complaint with us...

about your experience at the South Shore boat rentals.  I would like to begin with an apology from Devil's Lake Concession Corporation for what appears to be a negative experience for your group.  I have spoke with our South Shore manager who actually brought this to my attention as well.  It is my understanding that the life vest's were not on your person which we stress through our signage and at check in.  Safety is our first and foremost concern for our guests.  That does not excuse any inappropriate behavior from any of our employees, for once again I sincerely apologize.  We take all guest feedback positive or negative and use it to help improve visitor experience. We are a not for profit which is here to give back to what we consider the greatest state park in Wisconsin and one of the best state park systems in the country.  Please feel free to email me and hopefully I can ensure all future visits are the best experience they can be.
Best Regards,--

Review: A Cross Mechancial Service Tech was sent to my house by my Home Warrenty Company to do a Spring Tune up on my A/C. After the inspection was done he informed me that I will need a entire new unit. Leaking, Coils bad, ETC. He then contacted my warrenty company to schedule a crane and new A/C unit to be delivered. I questioned him that the unit is only 3 Years old. It is a 14 Sear TRANE. He says does not matter and we will take the old one with us. My warrenty company called and said it was going to cost me $1300.00 for parts not covered, and Cross Mechancial would be paid for taking down the old one and putting up the new one. As I thought about it all night I called a different company on my own and had a second opinion. They stated nothing wrong with my current unit and thought Cross Mechancial was trying to rip me and my home warrenty off. I hired Cool Bleu for a third opinion not telling them I already had it looked at. Same thing nothing is wrong with my A/C unit. I then called Cross Mechinicial and pretened to be a customer in need of a New A/C unit. They told me thay would have a 14 Sear Trane in perfect condiotion for sale in a day or two for $6000.00 I called my home warrenty company and spoke with a supervisor and explained to them everything and to cancel the order Cross Mechancial placed. While comparing notes with them, Cross reported to them that my current unit was 11 years old. This company is ripping people off by getting paid to take down perfectly good units, replace them and then sell your unit to someone else.Desired Settlement: At the very least I want my $65.00 service copay back that I had to pay them. I think they should be investigated for shaddy bussines practices.
