In jan I had received a bill stating I owe a certain amount o money I though the wheelchair was purchased by insurance company *** I was told the chair was rented I had called this company I had called them to come and set my brakes on my wheelchair, I was placed on hold for mintues with that of speaking with to people I was told that my warranty, it was a model and it was out of style I was told I owe the chair I was never given any paper work that the chair was mine WHERE IS THE NEW CONTACT? I was never told this that the chair belongs to me everytime I asked to speak to a manager I was told there no manager by [redacted] .a supervisor
